郡上アドベンチャーツーリズム実践講座〜Gujo Adventure Tourism Workshop 🏔️✨

郡上市観光連盟主催の郡上アドベンチャーツーリズム実践講座に郡上ガイド協会から4名が参加しました。12月にあった「自然と文化で創るこれからの郡上の　観光体験アドベンチャーツーリズムセミナー」に続き今回は「インバウンドを魅了するおもてなしと　安全な体験提供のために」というテーマでした。

講師はニュージーランド出身のマイク・ハリスさん🇳🇿日本のキャニオニングツアーのパイオニアで群馬県の水上で3つの企業を経営され、アドベンチャーツーリズムを牽引されている方です。先生の素敵な笑顔と長〜いドレッドヘアとユーモアたっぷりで優しいお人柄に魅了されました。午前は「異文化の理解から始まる感動体験　〜郡上流ホスピタリティ」について講義を受けました✍️

お昼はそば処すばるさんへ🥢ツルッツルで喉越しのいいお蕎麦とサクッサクで軽い食感のとり天が絶品でした！おろし蕎麦を頼んだら、なめこおろしで感激でした！とってもおいしくいただきました😋

午後は「安心・安全なアドベンチャー体験を支える現場力」についてワークショップ形式で学びました。郡上市内の観光業でご活躍のみなさまとリスクマネジメントについて学ばせていただきました🎤

特に心に残ったことは、最後にご披露いただいたSafety Briefingでの確実な安全確認とお客様を惹きつける話術です！

いつか実際に先生のガイディングツアーに参加しに水上に行きたいです！ありがとうございました。

〜​Gujo Adventure Tourism Workshop 🏔️✨​

Four members from the Gujo Guide Association participated in the "Adventure Tourism Practice Workshop" hosted by the Gujo City Tourism Federation.​Following December’s seminar on "Creating the Future of Gujo Tourism through Nature and Culture," this session’s theme was "Inbound Hospitality and Providing Safe Experiences."

​Our guest speaker was Mike Harris from New Zealand! 🇳🇿 A true pioneer of adventure tourism in Japan, Mike established canyoning tours here and runs three successful businesses in Minakami, Gunma. We were all charmed by his wonderful smile, long dreadlocks, and his kind, humorous personality.

We visited "Sobadokoro Subaru." The soba was incredibly smooth, and the chicken tempura was perfectly light and crispy! I ordered the Oroshi Soba and was delighted to find it topped with nameko mushrooms. It was absolutely delicious! 😋

​Afternoon Session: 🎤

A hands-on workshop on "On-site Skills for Safe and Secure Adventure Experiences." We joined other local tourism professionals to dive deep into risk management.​The highlight for me was Mike’s Safety Briefing demonstration. His flawless safety checks combined with his captivating storytelling were truly inspiring!

​Now, I really want to visit Minakami and join of his guided tours myself!Thank you.
