旅程管理主任者研修〜“Itinerary Control Manager” training.

旅程管理主任者の研修を受講しました。
郡上ガイド協会からは4名が挑戦しました。

旅程管理主任者とは、旅行会社のパッケージツアーに添乗し、行程管理や安全確保を行う添乗員に必要な必須資格です。

まずは、旅行業法、旅行業約款、旅程管理業務に関する法規や国内旅行の管理、添乗員の業務手順について、試験を受けました。

その後、添乗員業務の研修を受けました。実際にバスツアーに出かけ、交代で添乗員となり、ツアーの安全・円滑な進行、トラブル対応、観光地案内などができるよう、先生方からご指導いただきました。

行き先は長良川うかいミュージアムと美濃和紙の里会館でした。

添乗員業務について学びながら近隣地域の魅力についても学ばせていただきました。

講師の先生方からは添乗員や英語ガイドとしての心構えやスキルを丁寧に教えていただき、大変実り深い研修となりました。ありがとうございました。

関市、高山市、岐阜市、名古屋市、金沢市など、県内外でご活躍の英語ガイドさんと交流させていただいたこともこの研修の大きな収穫となりました。今後も情報交換や交流をして、連携していきたいです。

さて、肝心の試験の結果は・・・

全員無事合格しました！！

これからはガイド証に加え、旅程管理主任者証も携えて、英語ガイド、頑張ります！！

“Itinerary Control Manager” training.

We are Certified Itinerary Control Managers! Four members from the Gujo Guide Association recently took part in the “Itinerary Control Manager” training.

​What is an Itinerary Control Manager?
It’s a mandatory qualification for tour leaders (TC) who manage schedules and ensure safety during package tours.

​The training was intense! We started with a written exam covering travel laws, contracts, and safety procedures.

Then, we moved on to the practical field training. We hopped on a bus to Nagara River Ukai Museum and Mino-Washi Museum, where we took turns practicing tour management, handling emergencies, and giving site narrations under professional guidance.

It was a great opportunity to learn about the charms of our neighboring cities while honing our guiding skills.

A huge thank you to our instructors for teaching us the mindset and skills needed for both tour leaders and English guides.

It was also wonderful to connect with fellow guides from Seki, Takayama, Gifu, Nagoya, and Kanazawa! We look forward to staying in touch and working together.

​And the result of the exam…?

We all passed!

​Equipped with our new certifications, we’re ready to take our English guiding to the next level. See you on the tour!
